1. How much does a service cost?
Our servicing starts from $250 incl. GST (petrol vehicles). Final pricing depends on your vehicle and what’s required — we’ll always confirm before proceeding. No hidden fees.
2. Do you stamp logbooks?
Yes — all logbook services are completed to manufacturer specifications and include a logbook stamp to protect your warranty.
3. Do you do pink slips (eSafety checks)?
Yes — we carry out same-day pink slips. You can book online or walk in.
4. What happens if my car fails a pink slip?
We’ll explain exactly what needs to be fixed. If repairs aren’t done with us, you’ll need to return to have those items rechecked before it can pass.
5. How long is a pink slip valid for?
A pink slip is valid for 6 months, but it must be used to renew your registration before it expires.
6. What if my rego has already expired?
You can still get a pink slip up to 3 months after expiry. After that, a blue slip is required.
If driving unregistered, it must be directly to and from a pre-booked inspection.
7. Can I wait while my car is being serviced or inspected?
Yes — for smaller jobs and pink slips, you’re welcome to wait. For larger work, we may recommend leaving the vehicle with us.
8. Do you offer early drop-off?
Yes — you can leave your vehicle outside before opening and place your keys in the secure letterbox at the front.
9. Do you provide quotes before starting work?
Always. We’ll inspect your vehicle and contact you with a quote before any additional work is carried out.
10. Do you repair only what’s needed?
Yes — we focus on honest advice and only recommend what your car actually needs. No upselling.
11. Do you replace tyres?
Yes — we supply and fit tyres. If you’re unsure what you need, we can guide you.
12. Do you do wheel alignments?
We arrange wheel alignments through a trusted local partner to ensure the job is done right.
13. Do you handle diagnostics and warning lights?
Yes — we diagnose engine lights, faults, and performance issues using proper diagnostic equipment.
14. Do you work on performance cars or upgrades?
Yes — we carry out performance upgrades and builds, and work closely with trusted tuning partners where required.
15. How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is submitted. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.
